sweet potato and chickpea budda bowl.

always looking for new meals to cook in bulk that i can eat at home then take the leftovers in to werk the next day, i found this recipe and it's my new favourite thing since discovering how to make chick pea curry industrial-size style.

here are some photos which documented said process.

various spices to flavour the chickpeas - cumin, chili, garlic powder, s&p, and garam masala




final outcome (sweet potato is in there somewhere)
