In the spirits of yesterday's blog post, where I briefly touched upon trying to get fit for 2016 and also writing more Blog posts, for that matter, I thought I'd share with you a work-out plan which I'll be trying to stick to for the next three weeks.
Nike Women have created the 21 Days of Better For It Challenge, which actually kicks off tomorrow (eek) and is linked to the Nike Training Club App. You just take a lil quiz here to find out which is going to be the best training schedule for you, then follow the steps and it is added to your calendar on your phone, so you know what work-out you have to do each day. It looks pretty cool, so I'm looking forward to it starting it.
The first workout is only 14 minutes long, so I'm happy about that, hopefully it eases you in to harder workouts. The training schedule I got was "Progress not Perfection" which I suppose is a kind way of saying "beginner."
Ah well. Gotta start somewhere, hey.
